Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in leading and motivating sales or upsell teams in a Tech or SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to use analytical tools for performance evaluation
- Proactive "Owner" mentality with conflict resolution and decision-making skills
- Fluency in English and a high level of Spanish
