Sales Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Team Lead/Manager to oversee the operations of their sales department.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage daily activities of Inbound and Outbound sales representatives
• Drive the team to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs through execution and accountability
• Standardize and enforce sales workflows and processes to ensure a consistent customer experience

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Sales Team Lead or Sales Manager in a high-volume environment
• Experience managing both Inbound and Outbound sales teams
• Previous experience in E-commerce, Startups, or Apparel/Product Manufacturing preferred
• Expert-level proficiency with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
• Ability to work during US Eastern and Pacific hours
