Job Summary

Driving sales growth in the SaaS sector, the full-time Sales Team Lead will close new business, generate pipeline, and manage the sales cycle while leading a team remotely from Canada.

Key responsibilities
  • Close new business with home care and disability providers
  • Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and inbound demand
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial conversation to closing deals
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Proven track record of closing high volume SaaS deals
  • Experience mentoring or leading sales teams
  • Strong proficiency with HubSpot and modern SaaS tools
  • Preferred experience selling into home care or disability care sectors
