Job Summary
Driving sales growth in the SaaS sector, the full-time Sales Team Lead will close new business, generate pipeline, and manage the sales cycle while leading a team remotely from Canada.
Key responsibilities
- Close new business with home care and disability providers
- Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and inbound demand
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial conversation to closing deals
Required qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record of closing high volume SaaS deals
- Experience mentoring or leading sales teams
- Strong proficiency with HubSpot and modern SaaS tools
- Preferred experience selling into home care or disability care sectors
