Job Summary

Leading a high-performing sales team, the full-time Sales Team Lead will close new business deals, generate pipeline through various channels, and manage the full sales cycle remotely while maintaining disciplined pipeline management in HubSpot.

Key responsibilities
  • Close new business with home care and disability providers
  • Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and inbound demand
  • Run discovery calls and product demonstrations with provider owners and operational leaders
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Track record of closing high volume SaaS deals
  • Experience mentoring or leading sales teams
  • Strong proficiency with HubSpot and modern SaaS tools
  • Experience selling into home care, disability care, or adjacent sectors preferred
