Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, coach, and lead a team of Account Executives to build a high-performing enterprise sales function
  • Drive end-to-end large enterprise deal execution and personally close strategic accounts
  • Own forecasting, pipeline, and operations to ensure predictable revenue and actionable insights for leadership
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of large enterprise sales experience, with at least 5 years in team leadership or people management
  • Experience selling into life sciences or research-driven organizations
  • Proven experience building and scaling high-performing enterprise sales teams in early-stage or high-growth settings
  • Track record of managing multi-threaded large enterprise deals and executing consultative, value-based sales motions
  • Passionate about improving scientific reasoning and accelerating research outcomes
