Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Leader Sales to drive revenue growth and lead a high-performing sales organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a multi-year sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives
  • Own delivery of annual and long-term sales targets across all regions and channels
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse sales leadership team and broader sales organization
Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years in sales leadership roles, with at least 5 years leading large teams
  • Proven track record managing sales for businesses exceeding $1B in revenue
  • Experience in food manufacturing preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required; MBA preferred
  • Strong grasp of P&L management and strategic deal-making
