Job Summary
A company is looking for a Team Leader Sales to drive revenue growth and lead a high-performing sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a multi-year sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives
- Own delivery of annual and long-term sales targets across all regions and channels
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse sales leadership team and broader sales organization
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years in sales leadership roles, with at least 5 years leading large teams
- Proven track record managing sales for businesses exceeding $1B in revenue
- Experience in food manufacturing preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required; MBA preferred
- Strong grasp of P&L management and strategic deal-making
