Key Responsibilities:

Perform system administration for Sales systems and handle system-related issues and enhancements
Act as the main liaison and system expert for Sales supported systems
Identify and resolve complex system errors to maintain data quality

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
2+ years of Sales or Client Services experience
2+ years of systems or process-related analysis experience
Experience working with Content Management Systems and organization of platform assets
Project management skills
