Sales Technology Project Manager
Job Summary
Driving project execution between Sales and Operations Technology, the full-time remote Sales Technology Project Manager will manage a portfolio of concurrent projects focused on sales enablement, operational efficiency, and platform initiatives while ensuring stakeholder communication and project delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and execute projects from intake to delivery, coordinating resources and tasks effectively
- Transform business requirements into actionable project plans for delivery teams and technical staff
- Monitor project progress, identify risks early, and facilitate timely resolutions while keeping stakeholders informed
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience in IT or the insurance industry
- Extensive proficiency in Smartsheet and Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience managing projects through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; PMP or CAPM certification preferred
- Background in contact center, sales technology, or regulated industry operations is ideal
