Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of concurrent projects, the full-time Sales Technology Project Manager will drive end-to-end project delivery focused on sales enablement, operational efficiency, and platform projects in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and execute projects from intake through delivery, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical requirements
- Monitor project progress, identify risks early, and implement solutions to keep stakeholders informed and engaged
- Maintain project documentation and health metrics in Smartsheet, ensuring compliance with company standards
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience in IT or the insurance industry
- Proficiency in Smartsheet and Microsoft Office, with hands-on experience building trackers and dashboards
- Experience managing projects through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Bachelor's Degree required; PMP or CAPM certification preferred
- Background in contact center or sales-technology operations is ideal
