Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Technology Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform system administration to maintain the integrity of Sales systems and address system-related issues
• Act as the main liaison and expert for Sales supported systems, handling requests and administration
• Provide education and coaching to enhance user understanding and productivity while ensuring system security

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of Sales or Client Services experience
• 2+ years of systems or process-related analysis experience
• High level of computer proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing, and database software
• Ability to understand relational and mainframe database systems
