Job Summary

Serving as the first line of support for sales technology platforms, the full-time Sales Technology Support Analyst will provide training, onboarding, and troubleshooting for users of key sales systems, ensuring effective tool utilization and user satisfaction in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact for sales team members and brokers regarding sales technology tools, troubleshooting issues and resolving user-reported problems
  • Support onboarding and training of new users, delivering ongoing education and creating user guides to enhance self-service learning
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve system usability and track support requests to identify trends and training gaps
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • 2+ years of experience supporting business systems or customer-facing technology tools
  • Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, and sales enablement tools
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong documentation and training material development skills
