Job Summary

Evaluating and enhancing the sales tools strategy, the full-time Senior Manager - Sales Tools Strategy will manage the assessment of current sales experiences, define future capabilities, and lead the integration of AI-driven workflows to improve the seller experience across the organization.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the ongoing assessment of existing sales tools and workflows, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement
  • Shape the sales tools and workflow automation strategy by translating business priorities into actionable capabilities and investment recommendations
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define business requirements and drive the delivery of sales capabilities through test and learn environments
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong understanding of sales motions, seller workflows, and customer acquisition practices
  • Experience in developing business requirements, prioritization frameworks, and success metrics
  • Familiarity with Gen AI, workflow automation, and CRM platforms
  • Bachelor's degree
