Job Summary

Sales Traffic Coordinator, a fully remote position, is responsible for managing incoming sales requests, supporting the sales team, and coordinating communication across departments to ensure efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Intake and route all incoming sales requests while maintaining the sales queue
• Prepare client brief information and assist with quote creation and sample requests
• Serve as a communication bridge between sales and other departments, ensuring timely updates

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, project coordination, or customer service
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools
