Sales Trainer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Trainer to enhance the effectiveness of their sales operations through training and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and design training curricula that teach brand, industry, products, and best practices
• Produce educational materials and conduct skills gap analysis to identify areas for improvement
• Develop individual coaching plans and conduct audits on sales adherence to compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 3+ years of training experience
• Extensive knowledge of CRM, preferably Salesforce
• Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar role
• Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms and live classroom training
• Experience in the financial industry and with small business owners
