Job Summary
To support a growing sales team, the full-time Sales Trainer will manage onboarding for new hires, conduct skills gap analyses, and coordinate performance reviews while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the onboarding training for new hires across all Sales positions
- Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas for improvement within the sales team
- Host group training sessions and maintain updated training materials and curriculum
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in roles related to underwriting, customer service operations, funding, or sales at the company
- Proficiency in CRM and LOS systems
- Experience in developing training modules for online platforms
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Subject Matter Expert in sales policies, procedures, and compliance topics
