Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the full-time remote Sales Trainer will design and deliver training programs that enhance the effectiveness of new and tenured sales representatives in selling AI-driven security products.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and run sales onboarding programs to ensure new hires become productive sellers within their first 90 days
  • Deliver ongoing training on sales methodologies, objection handling, and competitive positioning through live and virtual sessions
  • Coach sales reps through call reviews and role-plays to reinforce skills and identify performance gaps
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or quota-carrying B2B sales experience
  • Experience in selling or enabling technical products, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS
  • Proven track record of developing training programs that improve ramp time and rep performance
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills with the ability to provide actionable feedback
  • Familiarity with modern sales methodologies and enablement tools, including LMS and CRM systems
