Sales Trainer Partner

Job Summary

To support a collaborative training environment, the remote Sales Trainer Partner will engage with clients using their own training methodologies, earn revenue share through client referrals, and maintain their existing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions utilizing a defined methodology to enhance sales team performance
• Utilize AI roleplays and structured programs to reinforce training concepts and monitor progress
• Manage client relationships and charge clients directly for training services while earning commissions from Exec

Required qualifications

• An active roster of clients as an independent sales trainer or training firm principal
• A defined training methodology or framework that can be delivered effectively
• Five or more years of experience training revenue teams
• Comfort recommending software solutions to clients as part of training engagements
• Bonus points for having an existing audience through platforms like newsletters or podcasts
