Sales Training Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Training Content Development Consultant focused on Coronary & CathWorks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training content for sales representatives on coronary procedures, products, and clinical data
• Manage online content strategy and Learning Management Systems
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to create and deliver training materials and execute training strategies

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 14+ years of relevant experience, or an Associate's Degree with 12+ years, or a Baccalaureate Degree with 10+ years of experience
• Experience in clinical lab settings, clinical training, or field sales/support in the medical device or healthcare industry
• Knowledge of software systems such as Articulate Storyline or Rise
• Experience in managing external expert suppliers
• Healthcare or medical device industry experience with interventional vasculature procedures is preferred
