Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Leader Training & Development Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the training and development of Business Development Leadership staff
• Design and oversee training programs for newly hired and tenured business development leaders
• Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of ongoing leadership training strategies and programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, education, business, or a related field or equivalent experience
• Five (5+) years' experience in Home Health and/or Hospice practice or clinical education training
• Ten (10) years' experience in training/coaching
• Five (5+) years in content writing and development
• Two (2) years' experience leading projects, programs, or teams
