Sales Training Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Training & Effectiveness Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement training goals and tactics for Field Sales Operations, including onboarding and ongoing development
• Develop training curricula and materials to support launch and brand training needs
• Monitor training effectiveness and conduct needs assessments to address training gaps

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, science, or related field; MBA preferred
• 8+ years of learning and development experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
• Experience in curriculum development and instructional design
• Experience with various training models, including in-person and virtual formats
• Pharmaceutical launch experience with the ability to create a sales training framework
