Sales Training Director

Job Summary

Driving the development of a self-service customer experience, the full-time Sales Training Director will manage cross-team collaboration, oversee content management, and enhance training programs while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage the Training @ Scale roadmap in collaboration with IT and curriculum development
• Coordinate the central plan for content management, process development, and experience design
• Design and execute internal and external customer feedback loops to foster innovation

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in complex global program management with cross-functional expertise
• Proven ability to integrate AI into work processes and decision-making
• 5+ years of experience working with cloud platform technologies and customers
• Demonstrated product management and product strategy experience preferred
• Strong ability to influence and lead diverse stakeholders
