Sales Training Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Training Manager to lead and develop training for new sales hires.

Key Responsibilities:

• Improve the sales training process in collaboration with management
• Lead monthly training sessions on various sales topics for new employees
• Prepare educational materials and assist in the growth of training programs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in managing transportation needs of shippers
• Previous training or coaching experience in the transportation logistics industry preferred
• Fundamental understanding of carrier procurement and operational load movement processes
• Experience with Microsoft Office and McLeod System Software preferred
