Sales Training Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Training Manager to lead and develop training for new sales hires.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve the sales training process in collaboration with management
• Lead monthly training sessions on prospecting, customer relationships, and overcoming objections
• Prepare educational materials and engage employees in training programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in managing transportation needs of shippers
• Previous training or coaching experience within the transportation logistics industry preferred
• Fundamental understanding of carrier procurement practices and operational load movement processes
• Experience with Microsoft Office and familiarity with McLeod System Software preferred
