Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Training Manager who will facilitate training and develop coaching programs for the sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate training sessions for new hires, current employees, and managers
• Consult with stakeholders to assess learning needs and design training materials
• Implement and measure ongoing coaching and developmental processes

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in training or employee development
• 1+ years in a people leadership position
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; advanced degree or certification is a plus
• 6+ months of coaching and development experience
• Proven track record of being a top sales performer
