Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Training and Enablement Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive Enterprise vertical revenue targets and execute strategic account plans
- Lead complex sales cycles and engage C-level stakeholders to align solutions with strategic priorities
- Hire, mentor, and develop sales teams while establishing KPIs to measure sales effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 3-12+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, including 1+ years in a sales leadership role
- Proven track record of exceeding multi-million dollar revenue targets
- Experience selling SaaS, AI, or Industrial Technology solutions
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
