Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Training and Enablement Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive Enterprise vertical revenue targets and execute strategic account plans
  • Lead complex sales cycles and engage C-level stakeholders to align solutions with strategic priorities
  • Hire, mentor, and develop sales teams while establishing KPIs to measure sales effectiveness
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-12+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, including 1+ years in a sales leadership role
  • Proven track record of exceeding multi-million dollar revenue targets
  • Experience selling SaaS, AI, or Industrial Technology solutions
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
