Sales Training Manager
Job Summary
The remote Prosigna Sales Training Manager will develop and execute a comprehensive training curriculum for sales representatives, focusing on onboarding new hires and providing advanced training for tenured staff while collaborating with various departments to meet strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement training content for new and existing sales representatives, including both written and video formats
- Lead classroom and remote training sessions, ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory compliance
- Conduct ongoing assessments of training effectiveness and provide feedback to sales leadership
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in commercial sales training or related fields in the medical/biotech/pharmaceutical industry
- Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, healthcare, education, or a related field
- Familiarity with medical sales processes, particularly in the IVD or LDT space
- Proven experience in instructional design and adult learning principles for both onsite and virtual training
- Ability to travel 15-25% for in-person training as needed
