Sales Training Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Training Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual training sessions for sales representatives, managers, and staff members
• Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements
• Collaborate with sales and operations partners to develop training programs aligned with company goals

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of sales training and development experience, including virtual training
• 2+ years of experience as a training manager or leader
• Able to provide guidance, support, and coaching to trainers and content designer
• Capable of providing one-on-one coaching and mentoring to sales trainers and sales representatives
