Sales Training Manager, Sports Medicine

Job Summary

To support the growth of the Sports Medicine Commercial Education team, the fully remote Sales Training Manager will design, develop, and execute training programs for the sales organization, ensuring alignment with global learning strategies and business needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate training initiatives by collaborating with Education, US Sales, and Regional Marketing to implement effective training plans
• Lead and mentor direct reports to enhance team performance and professional development
• Facilitate learning experiences in various formats while ensuring compliance with content standards and regulations

Required qualifications:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required
• At least 5 years of business experience with project leadership and advanced record-keeping skills
• Proven ability to communicate effectively in both in-person and virtual settings
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
• Experience in sales, particularly within Sports Medicine, is preferred
