Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Continuing Education Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute post-onboarding development programs to enhance seller productivity and revenue outcomes
- Deliver targeted enablement through various formats to address business priorities and performance gaps
- Track and report the impact of Continuing Education programs while iterating based on feedback and market changes
Required Qualifications
- 1 - 3 years of experience in enablement or relevant technology sales roles in the B2B space
- Familiarity with Adult Learning techniques is a plus
- Ability to engage and inspire through content and delivery
- Highly organized and self-motivated with a passion for training
- Experience working within a matrixed organization
