Sales Training Senior Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Training Senior Associate.

Responsibilities:

• Own all training needs for the Sales Function - Functional, Soft Skills, Cultural & Behavioral
• Responsible for in-house/outsourced content creation for all training delivery
• Conduct ongoing Skill-Gap analysis for the existing team members & plan for Development programs to fill the same

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of proven experience as a Sales Trainer, preferably within the technology sector
• Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and methodologies, with a track record of success in sales training and development
• Flexibility to work overlapping hours with the US shift to accommodate training needs for both India and US cohorts
• Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and improvement
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field is preferred
