Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Training Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of training programs for the TEPEZZA sales team, including onboarding and advanced training
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and scale learning best practices and support resource generation
  • Manage and develop staff to deliver curriculum and support the brand's strategic objectives
Required Qualifications
  • Doctorate degree with 2 years of Sales Training experience, or Master's degree with 4 years, or Bachelor's degree with 6 years, or Associate's degree with 10 years, or High school diploma/GED with 12 years of Sales Training experience
  • 5+ years of training, sales, and/or marketing experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries
  • Experience defining training goals and objectives with internal clients
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in content development and instructional design
