Sales Training Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Training Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and training for new GTM hires, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and resources
• Design and develop engaging training materials and manage the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Support ongoing training initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders to refine training content

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Business, Public Safety, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in corporate training, sales enablement, or adult learning program delivery
• Experience in designing and developing training content and administering a Learning Management System (LMS)
• Preferred experience in public safety organizations and training tailored to public safety personnel
• Familiarity with instructional design tools and content creation platforms
