Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Training Specialist to support the development and delivery of scalable, on-demand sales education programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive, self-paced sales training modules using e-learning tools
• Manage multiple training development projects from intake through launch
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and incorporate feedback into training materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field, with 2+ years of experience in sales training development or instructional design
• Demonstrated experience creating on-demand learning content
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools, particularly Articulate 360
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and learning management systems
• Strong organizational and project management skills
