Sales Training Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Acquisition sales teams across Latin America, the remote Sales Training Specialist will design and facilitate 200-level sales training programs, focusing on consultative selling methodologies and product knowledge, while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging upskilling programs and workshops for sales teams
• Train teams on sales tools and systems, including Salesforce and other platforms
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Marketing to identify training needs and align initiatives

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Training, Sales Enablement, or Learning & Development roles
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Advanced experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and sales engagement tools
• Experience facilitating product and marketing-related training
• Proficiency in Google Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
