Sales Training Specialist

Job Summary

To drive growth across all locations, the full-time remote Sales Training Specialist will design and implement innovative training programs, coach attorneys through client interactions, and utilize data analysis to enhance sales performance in the legal sector.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and deliver structured training materials focused on consultative sales techniques and client conversion
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to attorneys to improve hire rates and sales readiness
• Utilize Salesforce data analysis to identify training needs and measure improvements in sales performance

Required qualifications:

• 3-5 years of relevant training experience supporting sales or client-facing teams
• 3-5 years of direct sales experience, preferably in professional services or the legal sector
• Proven ability to design and facilitate engaging training sessions, both virtual and in-person
• Strong foundation in consultative sales strategies and client communication
• Proficiency in Salesforce and the Microsoft Suite of products
