Sales Training Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance the performance of attorneys and drive growth, the full-time remote Sales Training Specialist will design and implement innovative training programs, provide ongoing coaching, and utilize data analysis to improve client conversion rates within the legal sector.

Key responsibilities

• Design dynamic training programs and materials focused on client conversion and consultative sales techniques
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to attorneys to improve sales readiness and hire rates across various locations
• Utilize Salesforce data to identify training needs and drive measurable improvements in sales performance

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant training experience supporting sales or client-facing teams, along with direct sales experience
• Strong foundation in consultative sales, active listening, and closing strategies
• Proven ability to design and facilitate engaging training sessions, both virtually and in-person
• Demonstrated success in building scalable learning programs tailored to various experience levels
• Proficiency in Salesforce for tracking performance and reporting on key metrics
