Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Sales & Success Transformation to lead strategic initiatives for modernizing and scaling their enterprise sales engine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and rollout of transformation programs across Field Sales, Solution Sales, Customer Success, and Channel teams
  • Analyze performance data to identify go-to-market pain points and opportunities
  • Drive alignment across various teams to ensure effective implementation of transformation programs
Required Qualifications
  • 7-10+ years of experience in sales transformation, management consulting, or strategy/operations roles within B2B software
  • Proven success in leading large-scale, cross-functional go-to-market transformation initiatives
  • High analytical fluency with proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, or equivalent tools
  • Demonstrated ability to influence across functions and lead in matrixed organizations
  • MBA or equivalent strategic training is preferred
