Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trial Experience Specialist - Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and nurture new customer relationships
• Conduct consultative trial engagement efforts and provide technical support to customers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent SaaS experience preferred
• 0-2 years of previous customer service or relevant experience
• Strong technical aptitude and working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools
• Experience with Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, and social media platforms preferred
• Ability to learn new complex software platforms quickly
