Identifying and underwriting new and renewal Middle Market accounts, the full-time Sales Underwriting Specialist will drive profitable growth in the Human Services Industry segment while working in a hybrid or remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Solicit and underwrite new and renewal accounts to align with business goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor less experienced underwriters
• Conduct peer-to-peer self-audits and share industry knowledge with team members

Required qualifications

• Experience in underwriting within the Middle Market or Human Services sector
• Proven ability to drive profitable growth and manage client relationships
• Strong understanding of industry trends, coverages, and pricing strategies
• Informal leadership experience, including mentoring and training peers
• Ability to work effectively in a virtual or hybrid environment
