Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Sales, New & Existing Business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives focused on new and existing business
  • Drive net new revenue from enterprise accounts and oversee net revenue retention and expansion across existing accounts
  • Collaborate with Marketing to maintain a healthy sales pipeline and engage with C-suite stakeholders as an executive sponsor
Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, including 3+ years in a senior sales leadership role
  • Proven expertise in leading both new logo acquisition and land-and-expand strategies
  • Experience in building and coaching AE teams with differentiated strategies across both business motions
  • Strong executive presence and ability to navigate organizational complexity
  • Experience in designing scalable enterprise go-to-market strategies
