Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Sales to lead and scale a newly unified sales organization in the transportation management system market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for revenue growth across target markets
  • Build and scale the sales organization while fostering a culture of accountability and performance excellence
  • Establish and manage KPIs, forecasting models, and pipeline discipline for consistent performance
Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 10 years in senior sales leadership roles
  • 5+ years of experience selling Transportation Management Systems or logistics technology
  • Proven track record of forecasting accuracy and pipeline management
  • Experience building and scaling sales organizations using repeatable frameworks
  • Background in scaling mid-market to enterprise SaaS companies
