Job Summary
A company is looking for a VP of Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy aligned with company growth goals
- Manage multiple concurrent sales cycles from prospecting to close, including contract negotiation
- Establish and nurture long-term client and partner relationships that lead to renewals and referrals
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive sales experience, ideally in healthcare tech-enabled services or SaaS
- Strong understanding of operations of healthcare ACOs and risk-bearing entities
- Proven experience managing complex sales cycles involving senior healthcare executives
- Strong negotiation skills and executive presence
- Fluency in pipeline reporting, sales analytics, and CRM systems
