Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Account Executives (AEs)
  • Establish KPIs, quotas, and compensation plans to motivate and retain top talent
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years in B2B enterprise software sales leadership, with at least 5+ years in a VP/SVP-level role
  • Proven success in scaling sales teams in high-growth environments
  • Strong forecasting accuracy, pipeline management, and CRM (Salesforce) expertise
  • Experience selling complex, high-ACV solutions ($250K+ deals) to enterprise buyers
  • Professional proficiency in Italian and English is mandatory
