Job Summary
Sales Vice President, responsible for leading the revenue engine through strategic growth, team building, and sales execution in a full-time remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic growth and ensure successful execution of the sales model to meet revenue goals
- Coach and develop the sales team while maintaining a hands-on approach to high-value deals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to deliver exceptional results
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in GTM benefit and software sales
- 3+ years in a senior sales leadership role
- Experience in Enterprise Software, B2B Sales, and SaaS
- Proven ability to operate a 90-day+ sales cycle at scale
- Strong sales funnel management experience
