Job Summary

Sales Vice President, responsible for leading the revenue engine through strategic growth, team building, and sales execution in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive strategic growth and ensure successful execution of the sales model to meet revenue goals
  • Coach and develop the sales team while maintaining a hands-on approach to high-value deals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to deliver exceptional results
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in GTM benefit and software sales
  • 3+ years in a senior sales leadership role
  • Experience in Enterprise Software, B2B Sales, and SaaS
  • Proven ability to operate a 90-day+ sales cycle at scale
  • Strong sales funnel management experience
