Job Summary

To shape a newly unified sales organization, the full-time remote Sales Vice President will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, lead complex enterprise deals, and drive cross-functional alignment to ensure revenue growth and market leadership.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives predictable revenue growth across target markets
  • Lead as a player-coach, supporting sales engineers on complex opportunities and managing key enterprise deals
  • Build and scale the sales organization, fostering a culture of accountability and performance excellence
Required qualifications
  • 15+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 10 years in senior sales leadership roles
  • 5+ years of experience selling Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or logistics technology
  • Proven track record of forecasting accuracy and pipeline management
  • Experience in building and scaling sales organizations from the ground up
  • Background in scaling mid-market to enterprise SaaS companies
