Job Summary

Leading a remote team of Account Executives, the full-time Sales Vice President will manage client engagements, drive sales strategies, and oversee recruitment and training efforts while reporting on sales activities to senior management.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage and mentor a team of Account Executives, participating in client and prospect meetings
  • Recruit, hire, and train new team members while developing successful sales strategies
  • Monitor sales activity, track results, and report forecasts to senior sales management
Required qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2+ years of sales leadership experience with a team of seven or more quota-carrying salespeople
  • Proven track record in leading successful sales teams and achieving sales goals
  • Strong presentation and executive engagement skills
  • Experience in consultative selling, particularly within the Software/Infrastructure/Platform space
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred
