Job Summary
Leading a team of senior sales professionals, the full-time VP of Sales will drive new business development remotely by overseeing client acquisition efforts, mentoring team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor senior sales professionals to effectively identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Oversee sales efforts related to new client acquisition, managing performance and ensuring successful outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development of tailored solutions for new clients
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience selling professional IT or software services
- Strong experience in technology consulting and services with a focus on new client acquisition
- 5+ years of experience leading sales professionals
- Excellent understanding of the industry, including key players and market trends
- Demonstrated strategic and analytical sales approach focused on building client relationships
