Job Summary
Leading a team of senior sales professionals, the full-time remote VP of Sales will drive new business development by mentoring team members to identify and pursue opportunities, manage client acquisition efforts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor senior sales professionals in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Oversee sales efforts for new client acquisition, managing performance and removing obstacles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions and explore new market opportunities
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience selling professional IT or software services
- Strong background in technology consulting and services with a focus on new client acquisition
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing sales professionals
- Excellent understanding of the IT industry, including key players and trends
- Proven strategic and analytical sales approach with a focus on building client relationships
