Job Summary

To lead and expand market presence on the West Coast, the full-time salaried Sales Vice President will drive revenue growth by personally closing high-value enterprise deals, build and scale a high-performing sales team, and define and execute the go-to-market strategy for financial services and fintech verticals.

Key responsibilities
  • Personally own and close complex enterprise deals while building executive-level relationships
  • Recruit, onboard, and coach a high-performance sales team focused on accountability and execution
  • Develop and execute a West Coast sales strategy aligned with target verticals and market opportunities
Required qualifications
  • 8-12+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Deep experience in financial services, including banking, fintech, payments, or telco
  • Proven track record of success in complex enterprise sales and building high-performing teams
  • Experience with AI, decisioning, analytics, or data platforms preferred
  • Consistent quota overachievement and strong record of revenue growth
