Job Summary
Driving new business growth, the full-time salaried Sales Vice President will originate, lead, and close complex opportunities while building relationships with hospital and health system leaders in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develops and executes market-facing sales strategies to drive sustained growth across targeted areas
- Manages the full opportunity lifecycle from creation to close, including negotiation and implementation handoff
- Builds and maintains senior-level relationships with hospital executives to align solutions with organizational goals
Required qualifications
- Proven success in senior healthcare sales or commercial leadership roles with measurable growth outcomes
- Experience engaging C-suite and hospital leadership in high-stakes sales environments
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in sales or business development within healthcare services
- Strong negotiation skills and business acumen to support deal decisions and communicate value effectively
